Ana is a culinary and traditional food expert. Born in Valencia, she grew up learning how to make some of Spain's most delicious food with recipes passed from her grandparents to her parents and eventually to her. Ana's mother and father come from two regions of Spain, her mother from Castilla La Mancha and her father from Madrid, both known for different dishes which fascinated her even as a young girl.

As an adult, she travelled across the world with her career in foreign trade. During her travels she met interesting people and discovered different recipes from other cultures. She found herself so curious about the differences of these regions and the foods different cultures eat.

Her passion for food and cultures inspired her to change her career and open her own culinary experience Fresh Cooking Spain, a cooking workshop located in the historic centre of beautiful Seville which offers incredible gastronomic experiences.
