Conditions of service

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The student will have a work area which includes cookware, stoves and an apron. The working area could be shared in special classes where number of student overpass 9. All the cookware and aprons will be returned at the end of the workshop.

A glass of wine is included in the price of the class. Ask prices for additional drinks.

Please be on time. We cannot accommodate arrivals 10 minutes after the scheduled time. We cannot refund or rebook any late arrivals.

If you become ill with an infectious illness like flu, cold, diarrhea,… in the 48 hours before the class do not come. Fresh Cooking Spain will offer you an alternative as expressed in the cancellation of bookings.

We recommend you to wear practical clothing and observe our hygiene and safety procedures.

Please follow our instructions for the preparation, transport and storage of the meals. The transport and storage of the meals will be the responsibility of the student.

Fresh Cooking Spain and Gestialia Servicios Integrales, S.L. may refuse any person under the influence of alcohol, drugs, infectious illness or inappropriate behavior.

Please consume any alcohol offered responsibly. Alcohol will be served to people over 18.

The student releases Fresh Cooking Spain y Gestialia Servicios Integrales, S.L. from all damages and claims that may arise as a result from your meal preparation, transport and storage of meals, except if solely due to our negligence.

Children under 18 may participate in specific classes for kids. They must be able to reach and work at a 90 cm (35.4 inches) height surface. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult during the whole class.

Tastings of meals should take place during the time classes only. It is not allowed to overpass the scheduled time. Students can take away the food and/or paid beverages when the workshop is finished.


BOOKING

To make a reservation it is necessary to fill out the form on the website or through email and make the payment of 50% by Trasnfer Wise, Bank Transfer or Credit Card. You must send the proof of payment to info@freshcookingspain.com

Bookings paid by bank transfer will not be considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. If you make the payment and do not receive the confirmation email within 72 working hours please contact Fresh Cooking Spain by phone or email info@freshcookingspain.com

CANCELLATION OF WORKSHOPS

Fresh Cooking Spain reserves the right to cancel any workshop if the minimum number of participants is not reached or due to force majeure.

Failure to achieve the minimum number of participants affected customers will be notified 48 hours in advance and they will be offered a refund of the total amount of the workshop or a transfer of the booking to another date.

In the case of force majeure affected customers will be informed as soon as possible and the y will be offered a refund of the total amount of the workshop or a transfer of the booking to another date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be in writing.

Customers can cancel their reservation until 72 hours prior to the workshop. In this case the total amount paid will be refunded or the reservation will be moved to another date, up to the customer choice.

Past 72 hours prior to the workshop no returns or exchanges will be allowed. It will be only possible to transfer the ticket to another person and by warning of the transfer in writing to info@freshcookingspain.com

In the case of cancellations for justifiable reasons beyond supervening customers in less than 72 hours prior to the workshop, Fresh Coking Spain will seek to offer an alternative.

ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES AND DISEASES

Ingredients may have been manufactured on shared equipment with dairy, flours, soya, nuts, eggs, shell, fish and other allergens.

You should write to us, early enough, if you have any allergy, intolerance or disease. Fresh Cooking Spain will take it into account, as far as possible.
